Summary of Training Services / Courses


CMG Consultants can develop and tailor individual training programs for clients based on organisation requirements. CMG can customise programs to suit each situation and the most appropriate approach is worked out in detail at the outset.

 

Each course is designed to be participative in nature. Participants are exposed to a workshop environment from the outset where practice and involvement are essential elements to the learning experience. Short lectures and presentations and small group role-play are used to encourage participation and real learning. Some modules may be supported by video.
